The museum's display brings visitors nearer to that
period of the Russian history, when the Bolshevists' party was active
on the eve of the October Revolution. It was opened during the Great
Patriotic War and was set in a house, occupied by V.I. Lenin during
one of his exiles. The museum served as a center of patriotic education
and training. Soviet soldiers were leaving for the war from this
place and were writing in the book that they would win the war.
